I am getting an MSLIS at Catholic University here in Washington, DC. My degree from UT-Austin is in Russian and I studied in Saint Petersburg. Austin, Texas is my home town. My dad went to the LBJ School. Texas has huge libraries. We never went to the local public library. My dad of course went to the LBJ Library when he was a student. Maybe children should read normal books. I think I didn't ever read a children's book. I can think of one or two books we had at the house that were children's books that I liked to read. Today is Thursday. I am often depressed about my age. When I was in my twenties I had about three years and I felt depressed. During that time I stayed busy. I worked for AmeriCorps, for example. It might be that women when they get to be 25 years old should stop playing competitive sports. For example, of course gymnasts are so young. Women can't be competitive gymnasts when they're older than 25.
For me, I stopped playing soccer when I was in my early twenties and I focused on school. I now live here in Washington, DC. I do fitness things that are age appropriate. I went to UT-Austin but before that I played soccer for St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas. I was the goalkeeper coach at St. Edward's after I stopped playing. I think women can be coaches when they stop playing. My friend played soccer for UMASS and she stopped playing after college. She became a soccer coach. I stopped playing a sport, and I started really focusing on academics.
